Q: How much do you charge for postage and packing?
A: Please see the detail in our Terms and Conditions
 
Q: Can I return something that is the wrong size?
A: Yes - of course. Remember to return it unused, in a re-saleable condition,  with original packing / labels
     etc. Refer to  the Size Guide for help with sizes.
 
Q: Can you supply anything that is on the Scout Shops Ltd website?
A: Yes. Just e-mail us and ask the question. Remember, that any profit that we make supports Scouting
     locally.
 
Q: Why are your prices cheaper than nearly everybody else for core uniform items?
A: Because we are run by volunteers with extensive retail experience and we do not have the huge
    overhead of staff salaries and associated costs.
 
Q: Are you VAT registered?
A: Yes. We can supply a VAT receipt on request.
 
Q: Do you sell stuff from the Info Centre?
A: Yes. We order from the Info Centre on a regular basis. Please e-mail your request.
 
Q: What does L/S and S/S mean in a product description?
A: Quite simply - long sleeved and short sleeved.
