Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through the Categories, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. When you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Postage and Packing
All goods are posted via Royal Mail or Parcel Force Services to mainland UK.
Orders up to £29.99 .. £2.95 Orders up to £69.99 .. £3.95
Orders up to £199.99 .. £4.50 Orders £200+ .. FREE
Please note that different charges apply when ordering only badges.
These are as follows;
Order up to 25 badges - First Class Post £0.70 Orders over 25 badges - First Class Post £1.00 Please ensure that you have selected the appropriate postage option as your delivery may be delayed if you have underpaid. *All orders over the weight of 4Kg will be charged at the Royal Mail rate for the overall weight of the parcel plus £2.50 |

Delivery Schedule
We will process your order right away. All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of your order being placed (Provided items ordered are in stock). |

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be notified if the product is out of stock by a small note on your reciept. We will forward these on as soon as they are available. |

VAT
All prices on the Web Site are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5% where applicable. |

Credit Card Security
All credit and debit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are never seen on our computers. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |

Returns Policy
If your purchase is the wrong size, we are happy to exchange it. Goods must be returned in new and unused condition, together with all packaging and tags (where appropriate) attached. The correct postage must be paid as we will not pay excess postal charges. You must also enclose your till receipt. *This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
